The house offers FOUR large and attractive bedrooms, all elegantly furnished and each with an individual character. The grand and elegant drawing room offers additional comfort, where guests can relax in sumptuous luxury. The spacious conservatory dining room offers a bright and cheerful place to enjoy breakfast with its individual tables and comfortable seating area. The dining room overlooks the pretty walled garden which is also available for guests' use.

Twin Room 1.
This large ground floor bedroom has large twin beds together, with antique bed-head and drapes, a sofa, television, a welcome sherry, tea and coffee making facilities etc. The en-suite features a bath and shower. There is space in this room for a further single bed or two and/or a cot if required by prior arrangement. Supplements apply - see rates.

Twin Room 2.
Situated on the first floor, looking towards McClellan’s castle, this bedroom also has large twin beds, and has television, welcome sherry, tea and coffee making facilities, etc. Again the ensuite has the benefit of both a bath and shower. |

Double Room 3.
Also situated on the first floor, this elegant comfortable room with double bed and
en-suite toilet facilities with walk in shower. As with the other rooms it has all the comfort features akin to the high standards – welcome sherry, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron, toiletries, etc.

Double Room 4. Also situated on the first floor, this elegant and sumptuous new room has a double bed and ensuite toilet facilities with walk in shower. The room is equipped with a digital TV with integrated DVD player, tea and coffee making faclities, iron, hairdryer toiletries and a complementary welcome sherry.

Dining Room.
Situated to the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the sunny, walled garden that is also for the use of guests, this spacious room has separate dining tables and adjoins another guest lounge area. Breakfast is a great start to the day. The menu features a full Scottish breakfast, which makes a wonderful start to your day. Alternatively there are vegetarian options or locally smoked salmon with scrambled eggs or Scottish smoked haddock with poached eggs.

Supplement for single occupancy of twin or double room: 1st Oct-31st Mar: £14 per night, 1st April-31st Sept: £24 per night.
